I offer two pathways to reconnect mind, body, and breath:
Vajrasati Yoga and Massage.
Through Vajrasati yoga, I create a space for self-enquiry and meditative awareness, encouraging safe alignment and the breath as a steady refuge both on and off the mat.
Through massage, I use deep tissue techniques to encourage release - softening tension, restoring balance, and awakening the body’s natural capacity for rest and renewal.
