I teach Vajrasati Yoga, a practice rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and deep listening.

Vajrasati is a yoga that encourages awareness, intuitive movement, and the integration of body, breath, and mind.

My classes are less about performance and more about creating a safe, supportive space for authentic self-enquiry.
