My Journey
I’m Lilly, and I created Ananta Wellness as the umbrella for my work, born from my passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through yoga and massage.
What began as a personal exploration has evolved into a vocation rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for the body–mind connection.
My intention is not only to support others in rediscovering a sense of wholeness within themselves, but also to open awareness to the interconnected nature of all things—an idea central to the teachings of yoga and Buddhism, where self-realisation naturally leads to a deeper sense of unity with the world around us.
Through practice, I hope to gently guide students toward the tranquillity of resting in their own essential nature: free from the tension and suffering that arise from the illusion of separateness.
Yoga Path
I am a trained Vajrasati yoga teacher (500 hours), a practice that embraces inclusivity, intuition, and meditative awareness.
Vajrasati invites a return to presence, encouraging each practitioner to explore their own relationship with body and breath. My aim is to hold a safe, welcoming space where students feel free to enquire, play, and rest.
Massage Practice
Alongside yoga, I am also a deep tissue holistic massage therapist.
My approach weaves together technical skill with intuitive listening, supporting both the release of physical tension and the activation of deep rest.
Philosophy
At the heart of my work is the belief that wellness is not a luxury but a natural state we can all return to.
I see yoga and massage as complementary pathways that guide us back toward balance, ease, and authenticity. My role is to offer guidance, touch, and presence, while holding space for you to meet yourself fully.
Beyond the Mat & Treatment Room
Outside of teaching and massage, I am a mother and a lifelong learner.
I continue to deepen my own practice and study, inspired by both tradition and the ever-changing flow of life. This ongoing journey shapes the way I share my work, with openness, humility, and care.
Whether you come to me for yoga, massage, or both, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself — calmer in your mind, freer in your body, and more at ease in your being.
“A gorgeous class thatI highly recommend, Lilly holds her class with calm and confidence, allowing you to feel relaxed and safe in her hands. She explains postures clearly and is attentive to individual needs, creatively combining posture sequences promoting alignment and zen. I truly value her teaching and holding of space.”
